Open question: Does time for on-line job constitute apps?

Into that nice small Pers5onlichkeitquizen it says „to work fast “, but there is not no time and it seems to freeze or log you out, if you did not do anything inside one while. Also does it constitute, if you submit the APP? If I am it out around midnight it still as seriously taken as fill, which are submitted in the morning? All possible points over everything of the employers would be nice.
