Open question: I receive housing use, while I am from work. Why would like to visit the advice me at home?

I received housing use for 3 months now, as I was redundantly educated by my job. My circumstances did not change and I still look for work. I kept a letter in the post saying that the advice will form an output visit. Why is this? Can you help please? What do they have to see from me?
