Open question: Personal injury regulation of sale?

I was except school T-without bones coming on 2/5/09. I did not believe the pain then, but, after the X-ray I were explained that I had 6 violent ligiments in my beginning and I believed 4 wedged nerves in my back of striking my head on the steering wheel. I locked 3 months of the therapy. In March this yearly, submitted my attorney of the insurance company an offer, but they refused, because they wish more patient sheets….but I need REAL now hopelessly something money, therefore I thought that possibly I mean regulation sell could?? In I do not know much in such a way about this, if someone could explain like it all work, which coming into or an alternative, possibly an assumption of to me, how much I could receive and possibly whom you would recommend? I thought JG Wentworth? OWING TO!!
