Open question: How do I archive a 1099misc, when I employs and a w-2 received became?

I was employed by a housing company and commission to leasing dwellings received. I received a w-2 for can wages however on the other hand a 1099misc for the commissions. I was not still I had a business independently. How do I archive that, without receiving an independence tax?
