Open question: How long can an employer in the California waiting period, before it HAVING, you your last examination by law to give?

I worked for a Televerkauffirma for a little in one week, and its business practices and ethics was terrible. Paying of training, but as long are they must me cut an examination, if I finish by California law? I would like to go with facts inside there, if I go, my examination to receive. With if they me the run around try and give, I can threaten what them? Go to the work board? How do I solve this problem?
