Open question: What expect can I today's Sears at the job determining position?

I have determining position today at Sears of the 1:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. forwards I applied for a selling express taker job approximately two weeks and finally receives the probability to go inside! I am very excited to work for Sears. Is so here my question. What can I expect at the determining position today? Also am I to have to repeat a going something something similar or am this it? I read somewhere that someone aimed at inside like four days for computer training. Is that applicable?
