A woman is suing the now "exniño gold" of boxing, Oscar de la Hoya, for allegedly forcing her to be part of a "crazy night" in a room at The Ritz-Carton Hotel on Central Park South, where supposedly well as having excess alcohol and drugs, also the former boxer came to realize his fetish for wearing women's underwear.
As reported by the New York Post, the model Angelica Marie Cecora, 25, says that De La Hoya made a party last May in which it rained alcohol and drugs, and in which he dressed in their underwear and forced do things that she "can not describe."
Cecora says in his lawsuit that forced De La Hoya to stay in the room against her will after she tried to go to see that things got out of control, the fighter began using her underwear and asked to have sex.
She states that De La Hoya's contacted through his website and told him that someone was looking to unwind after a trip to Iraq where he made a goodwill visit to the troops. The boxer reportedly contacted her using the name "Thomas Crown", which was the character of a rich playboy in "The Thomas Crown Affair" of 1968.
The model has dinner then De La Hoya revealed his true identity and invited her to his room that night to stay with him. Then in the room consumed more alcohol and cocaine, and began using her underwear, which was coincidentally of the same size.
In the suit she claims that the boxer demanded and extreme sexual acts he would not be allowed to leave forced to sleep in the room, so he suffered emotional distress. It also alleged that he suffered an arrest warrant against his will, assault and battery, although she never reported the incident to the police.
Two months after this incident, De La Hoya entered a rehabilitation center for substance use.
In September, the boxer admitted that in the past had been wearing women's underwear, and that the photos were published in November 2007 which appears with red heels, nylons, bras and other women's underpants were authentic.
